Check the event process for the location
Martin County’s special-event information distinguishes public activities in unincorporated areas from other property situations. Rather than treating every rental as the same kind of event, describe yours to the relevant venue or authority and ask which process applies. A portable restroom order does not settle that question.
Share any approved placement plan with the provider before delivery. If the plan changes after a permit or venue discussion, make sure the equipment position, pedestrian route and vehicle access are still acceptable.
Break attendance into periods of use
A morning activity followed by an afternoon gathering can create very different restroom demand from one continuous crowd. Record when participants arrive, how long they remain and whether volunteers or vendors need facilities before the public opening.
Ask which permanent restrooms will actually be available during those periods. Include temporary closures and any sharing with another group. The rental team can then discuss the mix of standard cabins, accessible equipment and handwashing against the real pattern of use.
Agree how supplies and cleaning will be handled
For repeated sessions or a multi-day programme, identify a suitable service interval and who reports increased demand. Ask about the supplies included in the chosen setup and when replenishment should be requested. Avoid assuming that extending the dates leaves every other order detail unchanged.
Keep the approach to the equipment open after staging, stalls and parking have been arranged. The organiser should have a named person who can respond during a scheduled visit, even if the original booking contact is elsewhere.
Make access and collection part of the enquiry
State the ready-by time separately from the time guests arrive. Give the collection window and any requirement to leave the property clear for another use. A requested window is reviewed with the route and equipment; it is not automatically reserved by the form.
If you are arranging work rather than an event, use the same enquiry to explain shift overlap, restricted entrances and the length of the project. Martin County requests remain address-specific regional enquiries, with no separate county office implied.
