Put the station where it will be used
A sink should be easy to find after leaving the restroom without forcing users across a vehicle route or through a queue. For a gathering, consider the walking path between restroom facilities and food or activity areas. Keep the approach open for users who need additional space.
Ask what comes with the station
Discuss the model, fresh-water capacity, wastewater storage and the provision of soap and towels. Ask who replenishes consumables and how the frequency of that work is determined. Hand sanitizer and handwashing serve different purposes; do not assume a sanitizer dispenser is a substitute for every requirement.
Account for concentrated demand
A short event can have heavy use during breaks, while a small crew may use a station steadily for many days. Tell the provider about attendance, duration and any food-related activity so the arrangement can be reviewed. The number of toilets alone does not describe handwashing demand.
Keep the setup serviceable
Choose a stable position that can remain accessible for maintenance and collection. Report leaks, blocked access or depleted supplies through the agreed contact. Do not alter plumbing or dispose of stored wastewater yourself unless that responsibility has been explicitly agreed with the provider.
A few useful answers
Before you request your rental
Can a station be rented with standard toilets?
Yes, include handwashing in the same enquiry so placement, supply and servicing can be discussed together.
Does the station need a water connection?
Some are self-contained and others have different requirements. Confirm the model and its utility needs before delivery.
