Choose a location that survives the next phase
For a Deerfield Beach renovation or new build, identify where the cabin can remain level and accessible without blocking excavation, materials or vehicle movements. Check what will change in the next phase: today’s clear corner may become a storage area or delivery route. Give the provider a contact who can discuss placement on arrival.
Use the active crew size, not the project total
Explain the expected people on site at the same time, shift patterns and whether subcontractors add a temporary peak. Existing building bathrooms should only be counted if workers are permitted to use them during the relevant hours. A service plan that suited an early phase may need review as staffing increases.
Agree access for every visit
Give clear gate instructions and identify any restricted unloading times. Restroom servicing needs a repeatable route, not just a one-time path at delivery. Arrange who can unlock the property, keep equipment out of the way and report a blocked entrance or a change in ground conditions.
Keep compliance responsibilities clear
Ask the site’s responsible safety person to review the sanitation arrangements against the rules that apply to that project. Unit quantity, accessibility and handwashing need a project-specific assessment. We do not describe rental equipment as “OSHA approved”; a rental enquiry does not certify a worksite’s compliance.
A few useful answers
Before you request your rental
Should I wait until the crew arrives to order?
Start the enquiry with your planned mobilisation date. Equipment and delivery arrangements need confirmation; last-minute availability is not guaranteed.
Who should report a headcount increase?
Nominate an on-site contact who can tell the provider about changes in users, shifts or access so the service plan can be reviewed.
