Check the venue’s bathroom arrangements
Ask which permanent facilities your guests may use, their opening hours and whether other events share them. Outdoor ceremony and reception spaces can be far from the main building. A rental may supplement existing facilities rather than replace them.
Choose comfort features deliberately
Discuss standard, deluxe and trailer options based on the guest experience you want and the property’s access. Confirm actual features instead of relying on product labels. Remember that a trailer may require utility arrangements and room for delivery and setup.
Make the route part of the plan
Consider distance, ground conditions, evening visibility and accessible access from the ceremony and reception. Keep restrooms discreet without hiding them at the end of an impractical walk. Coordinate placement with catering, photography and guest circulation.
Include setup and collection in the venue schedule
Share when vendors can enter, when the space must be ready and when equipment can be removed. Assign a contact who will be available during delivery; the couple may not be the best operational contact on the wedding day.
A few useful answers
Before you request your rental
Should I choose a trailer for every wedding?
Not necessarily. The right arrangement depends on existing facilities, guest needs, access, utilities and the experience you want. Compare actual options with the provider.
