Describe entry requirements
Share the delivery entrance, site contact and any check-in or induction procedure. If vehicles may only enter during specific windows, state that early. The person placing the enquiry should connect the provider with someone who understands the operational site.
Keep placement clear of operations
Review the proposed location with the responsible site team. Restrooms and handwashing should be accessible to intended users without obstructing vehicle routes, equipment or restricted areas. Do not place units based solely on spare space on a plan.
Include shifts and temporary peaks
Shutdowns, maintenance work and contractor activity can change the number of people on site. Explain the expected simultaneous users and working hours, including overnight shifts where relevant. Ask the provider to review servicing for that pattern of use.
Agree communication during the placement
Keep a current contact for access changes or service issues. If the site layout changes or a work zone becomes restricted, inform the provider before the next visit. Equipment relocation should be coordinated rather than improvised by site personnel.
