Agree the service arrangement
Discuss expected users, daily hours, shifts and how use may change. Ask what routine servicing includes and how additional attention is requested. The appropriate schedule depends on actual demand and the conditions of the rental, not simply on the calendar length.
Protect recurring access
Choose a position that stays clear as the site evolves. Gates, parking arrangements and storage areas can change during a long placement. Keep service instructions current and tell the provider before access restrictions make a visit impractical.
Review the order when the work changes
An increase in workers, a second shift or the closure of permanent bathrooms can change restroom demand. Contact the provider to review quantity and servicing rather than waiting for the original arrangement to become unsuitable.
Know how extensions and collection work
Ask how an extension is requested, who approves it and what notice is needed for collection. A projected project completion date is not necessarily a confirmed pickup instruction. Keep agreed changes in your rental records.
A few useful answers
Before you request your rental
Will collection happen automatically on my estimated finish date?
Confirm the collection process with the provider. Do not assume an estimate in the first enquiry is a final pickup instruction.
