Start with permission to use the property
Ask the owner or venue manager where temporary equipment may be placed and which entrance deliveries must use. Check whether temporary facilities are permitted for your event and whether the venue has its own approval process. A rental request does not replace that permission.
Account for the facilities already on site
Identify which existing bathrooms are open to guests, whether access requires entering a private building and how far they are from the activity. If those bathrooms will be closed or reserved, tell the provider rather than including them in the available capacity.
Plan around the programme
A short gathering can still create concentrated restroom demand when guests arrive or leave together. Explain duration, attendance and food or drink service. Ask about handwashing and accessible options as part of the same request.
Keep the organiser reachable
Leave a contact who can resolve placement questions and receive updates while other event tasks are underway. Confirm collection access after guests and temporary furniture have cleared the area.
A few useful answers
Before you request your rental
Can rentals be placed at a private home?
Ask the provider to review the actual address, access and proposed location. Private-property permission and practical delivery access must be confirmed.
