Deerfield Beach rental guide

During Your Rental: Changes & Support | Deerfield Beach

Keep the agreed rental contact and order details available after delivery. A clear description helps the provider understand a service issue or requested change without guessing what happened on site.

Report a service issue with useful detail

Give the location, unit or order reference if available, what you observed and when. Explain whether access is blocked or normal use has changed. For a damaged, unstable or tipped unit, keep people away and contact the provider; do not try to lift, repair or reconnect equipment yourself. Response arrangements depend on the provider and the situation—this website does not promise an unconfirmed emergency response time.

Ask about a missed or changed visit

Check the agreed schedule and describe any gate, vehicle or site change that might affect access. Tell the provider how to reach the equipment and who can help on site. A request for an extra visit is separate from the routine service arrangement and should be confirmed.

Request extensions and removal explicitly

Provide the new end date when asking for an extension. For pickup, state when the units will no longer be needed and when the collection route will be clear. Do not assume equipment is automatically removed when a project or event ends; follow the process agreed with the provider.

Resolve invoice questions against the order

Compare the invoice with the equipment, dates, service and changes that were agreed. Ask the rental contact to explain an item you do not recognise. Billing periods, adjustments, cancellations and refunds depend on the actual agreement; we do not substitute another company’s policy or promise a particular outcome.

A clear next step

Tell us where.
We’ll talk through what fits.

Have your location, dates and expected use ready. Ask about the equipment, service schedule and delivery details before confirming a rental.
