Describe the whole delivery path
Mention turns, gate openings, overhead obstacles and areas where vehicles cannot travel. If the proposed location is on grass or another variable surface, discuss stability and service access with the provider. Do not assume a unit can be carried into any space that appears large enough.
Think about the people using the facility
For a gathering or project spread across a property, walking distance and wayfinding matter. Keep a usable route to the restroom and handwashing, and include accessibility needs in the initial conversation. The closest position to the road is not always the most useful position for users.
Assign a reachable access contact
If the entrance is controlled, arrange who will provide access during delivery, servicing and collection. Share restrictions before confirming the rental. Parkland is in our Broward County enquiry area; the team checks your specific address and dates.
A park pavilion has its own reservation process
Parkland lists pavilion rentals at Pine Trails Park, Terramar Park, Liberty Park and the Equestrian Center at Temple Park, with eligibility and reservation conditions. Check the city’s current pavilion guidance before building an event plan around one of these spaces. Ask which existing facilities and outside-equipment arrangements are available for your reservation; the venue must approve any proposed placement. Parkland pavilion rental guidance.
A few useful answers
Before you request your rental
Should I measure only the property’s front gate?
Describe the full route to the placement area, including turns, overhead obstructions and ground conditions. Ask the provider which measurements are needed for its vehicle and selected equipment.
